Well, playing the whole min/max game it looks to me like Sorcerer makes a good start... get UMD and extra spells then switch to Paladin or Bard as you probably have high Charisma. Anyone know if Sorcerer spells are castable without chance of failure by a Bard in armour? :)
On the other hand Warforged sound and look cool!

I know I'll be home earlyish and online asap. I'm leaning towards either a rogue or a cleric (have a level 2 and like it),
but if you got the stats you can always multiclass!! Although....hmm.. decisions decisions. Love magic but haven't played a melee char online yet..
I'm going to check out my PHB tonight and get an idea for a char ready, see the stat bonuses, racial traits etc.
When we do get together, it will take approx 1 hour from log in time to the time we can group, maybe more. I say we just chat, get our ideas ready for what we expect out of the game and our group.
We probably won't accomplish any huge quests on our first night, but I'm really looking forward to playing with a group who don't run all over the shop as I have found with PuGs.
Once we get partied we can shut off TS and use the in game chat, it works fine although it seems to need mike boost on.
And Now -
Guild Name Nominations:
Something that says something about
who we are
The Chocolate Starfish
What we do
Dirty Sanchez
What we expect
The Pillow Munchers
And the usual DND jobbie
Shadowstalkers
Anyone got any real ideas?
The Thuddy Buddies?

My characters rarely have an int bonus .... it would be too hard for me to
role play :)

And still no-one has talked about what time. For guys who are
intelligent you sure miss out on the details :)

I think what Leigh was suggesting was that we chat and talk crap over TS
while deciding what we'll play (unless people have decided already) and
go through the "boring" get-started quests.
Of course some people may already have decided. For me, It seems any
class looks attractive... I have to think more about my character than
what class (cos that will decide it)
Am I gonna play a po-faced poker up the ass type.. (Paladin), a gentle
caring sort (cleric) etc etc...
Decisions decisions...
After playing one to level 2, I'm leaning towards Mage or Sorceror...
but again, I'm open.
Half-female ranger-cleric maybe :)
