I'll probably be bored tonight (no tag rugby) so might be on for a while if

Hi Guys, sorry I couldn't make it tonight. I SMS'ed Diarm and Joe to pass on
my aoplogies. The wifey every now and again demands a hubby night and that
was tonight. At least it wasn't fudgepack mountain this time. 
I've been having what I thought was muscle problems (thought it was mouse
related) since before xmas that developed into very acute pain recently and
it appears I have 4 joints out of whack in my back. My physiotherapist
assures me I'm good again with few treatments and I'm up for number 3
tomorrow. I can feel the difference already, but it still does hurt after a
while of computer work. I'm flat out at work with only 8 days left and a
rake of work to do yet, so my home computer time has been really limited
these past few weeks. I hope to be good to go next week but this treatment
tomorrow is the last for a while as my physio guy is off on holidays as
well. So I'll see how it goes. 
So my first experience at a physiotherapist included the patented arnold
schwarzenegger neck break, it sure sounds loud!
cracking good fun though. groan.
Hope it went well, looking forward to getting back to it (another terrible
pun).
