The D20 system is open source Joe, the D&D rules aren't. So the basic
D20+Skill=Result system is open to use.
You might find some feat listings, but nothing comprehensive.
To be honest, I hope they widen the appeal then, or they're just not going
to survive. There'll be hardcore D&D'ers (the sort of people who use a
mailing list to organise their gaming ;) ) who will stick it out, and it'll
make a decent enough game.
But without the numbers you get from mainstream appeal... there's enough
MMO's out there that claim to be 'alive' while not being really already. :)

This is the point I've been making all along.
*IT'S NOT DESIGNED FOR THAT*
It's designed for DnD players. Therefore it basically *assumes* you have
some knowledge of 3rd ed DnD
This, I think is where the biggest difficulty lies, they really should
supply the game with a 3.5ed PHB for people like yourself Dalt who
haven't looked at 3rd Ed. :)
As regards Feats and Skills the game is fairly close to 3rd ed DnD
rules. (Actually in most respects it's fairly close to 3rd ed rules,
except where they just wouldn't work "online" (e.g. no "initiative rolls
for combat etc") Since the 3rd Ed DnD is under some sort of "open
source" license you should basically, if you're so inclined, be able to
get almost the entire PHB online somewhere. That will help a lot!
As for shadowrun... meh... munchies game... "I want a big gun *and*
magic missiles". :)
