[ddo] Teamspeak

I'm still surprised not to see Joe on there, actually. It plays very
'groupy' if you get what I mean, especially at endgame.

Shockwave, chances are high for a guildwars session tonight.. I have to
clear it with the boss first, but we should do the old ascalonon quests
tonight and make level 10
