BTW I will accept anything for it including deeds to bridges, sunshine
futures, magic beans, land grants on other planes that sort of thing. (I.e.
If you want it it's yours, I don't need/want anything for it, but if no one
needs it then groovy; my alt will appreciate not drowning in dungeons).
