[ddo] PC Help

Hi guys, want to pick a few brains if I may. My PC keeps crashing after the
Windows XP screen, just before the welcome screen. This has only started
since I got my PC back from repairs but they cannot duplicate the problem in
the workshop. When I collected it I insisted on booting the PC 5 times in
their shop, but no problems.
I have updated my drivers, scanned for the usual suspects.
Is there something I can DL to check for startup errors? Something that'll
tell me what device or driver is screwing the system?
He recommended a full re install of windows but that's just something I
really don't want to have to do.
All suggestion welcome :-))
