[ddo] LOTRO: Good news and bad news

On the subject of WoW, I notice the following line in the upcoming patch
notes under Mages:

"Arcane Missiles: Rank 3-11 will now consistently pulse 5 shots of arcane
damage."

Eff... Eff... Ess... haven't they "fixed" that problem about, oh let's see,
roughly 5,000,000,000 times already??!!?
