[ddo] Dying ..... Hurry up and get to level 20

My character is called Gwyneth now, 75% more letters, she's approximately
34% hotter too. ;)

Worringly enough from a server point of view I got "killed" at level 7 after
I lagged out in a horrible spider respawning spider lunacy incident but the
wow patch downloader is in the background . I'll get her to level 10ish
tonight hopefully, should be on again about sixish.
