[ddo] Hyper pathetical questions

Ah well... hypothetically speaking, the bard in question would need to make
sure that she took all the quests from the elves near the start and then
from the dwarves near the starting zone, and there is an elf on the path to
the goblin caves who gives a quest, just NW of the dwarves. There aren't a
whole lot of quests in the starting zone.

You can go back to the area after you complete the starting instance and do
more quests (which explains the "unused" zones there like the Rockbelly Pit
and so on).

PS weak you are. Weak!!!! Hypothetically speaking that is.
