My Loremaster is a Historian (I think thats the profession name), basically Scholar (scrolls, dyes, pots) Farming (Weed!, and cooking ingredients) and Weaponsmithing (swords and whatnot).
 
I think Diam is tinker/pikey.
 
If you could pick one not being done already that woudl be great as there is a lot of interdependency for mats as far as I can see.
