A good soaking!
I knew my luck and the dry weather couldnt hold forever. I got good'n'wet on my run today, but because it wasnt at all cold it was still a very pleasant run. The orignal aim of the run was to cover the 21Km in zone 1. But as I reached the halfway point I wondered how hard it would be to bring it in under 2 hours. I continued to run the third quater steady but then stepped it up to 5 min pace for the last quater with the aim of getting a feel for the pace and also to get home in close to the 2 hour mark. Therefore the run consisted of 1:44 OD training and 20min endurance running.
