Short morning run with Tempo bursts
Short (40 min) easy morning run in the sunshine (after the rains). Easy pace with two 1 minute raised pace bursts (laps 2 and 4 below)where I concentrated on maintaining form at speed. Can still feel the effects of Sundays OD run in my legs so this run should help work that out.
