mmmm..cold wet and dark.
Morning running in the pure cold dark is just super!
As ever its not so bad once you actually get out of the house and on the road.
This run is just out to the limits of the street lights on a couple of the roads around town and is just right for 40 mins. I will use this as a base session for a warm up /Quick / cool down session.
