Injury!
I did a very light strength session on Monday and then traveled down to London for the day on the train. By the time I got home my left hamstring was begining to ache. Tuesday morning its proper hurting!!!
Its Thursday evening and it seems to have setteled down such that I think I will run in the morning. As this is the first real injury I have had since starting this season of training I suppose I musnt grumble.
Hopefully tomorrows run goes well.

Hopefully it's just a "slept-like-a-pretzel" injury. Get some ice packs on it, and take a couple ibuprofen to get the swelling down.
Nurse it back fast! Dublin's coming up soon, isn't it?
